Our celebrations
Before Wonder & Whim, Melissa spent 15 years creating birthdays around whatever her own three children loved most that year. Here are a few of the celebrations that started it all.
Horses, barns & one very happy birthday girl
A real barn, a petting zoo, and the Kona Ice truck parked out front. The cake was horse-themed, the girls played horseshoes, and the whole afternoon felt like a day on the farm — because it was.
A private studio take-over
We booked out an art studio just for them — a private event where every kid got to make a mess on purpose. Colorful decorations, a splatter-paint cake, and masterpieces to take home.
Backyard magic, turned all the way up
Balloons, party favors, and a backyard transformed — pool inflatables, a bounce house, sprinklers running, and unicorns everywhere. The kind of day kids talk about for years.
Tell us who you're celebrating, what they love, and the little things that make them light up. We'll start there.
